There are many ways in which people choose to express their love through words and actions. You can express your love by writing romantic poetry dedicated to your lover.
When writing love poetry, keep it sincere; express the feelings and emotions that thinking of your lover elicit in your heart. Do not try to imitate what you have read because your poetry is meant to be from your heart.
You should also try and keep it simple. It is not as though you are trying to impress your lover with vocabulary and metric measure. Make use of rhyme and rhythm, and when possible make references to facts that are recognizable in your everyday life.
It adds a personal and romantic touch if you write the poetry by hand on some beautiful note paper.
